Community Training

We provide different awareness sessions for various groups around the Ross-on-Wye area, with the aim to train future life savers.

These sessions are free to the groups, although we ask if a donation could be made to allow us to continue running these sessions in the future.

CPR & AED awareness

We are able to provide free awareness sessions at your preferred location,

usually village halls or within your businesses.

Our session includes background information about why CPR is important, what is an AED and how to combine both into providing care to a patient in cardiac arrest.

We provide all the equipment required for your sessions - CPR manikins,  AED simulators etc..

Public Access Bleed Kit

Due to the rise in Public Access Bleed Kits being installed in rural locations, we now run a session after the CPR & AED training.

We are able to provide this session as a stand alone, or addition to CPR/AED sessions.

Training kits are provided for the practical element of the session, with information about why and how they are used to go along side.

Community Grant

In 2024 we were awarded a community grant from the Herefordshire Community Foundation of £1000 - This was used towards enhacing our community training capability, and purchasing new ttraining equipment.

It is thanks to grants like this, that we are able to suppport our community by training future lifesavers. Young and old, we teach CPR and other life saving skills for free, as part of our commitment to our community.
